Why do I need to re-authenticate my Apple Verification?
The verification code Apple provided for Two-Factor Authentication is valid for 30 days. You will need to provide a new code every 30 days to continue using your Apple account on AppTweak.
After 30 days, users will need to re-verify their account by inserting an SMS/trusted device code again.
To re-authenticate your Apple Console, follow these steps:
Go to My Account > Integrations and click on the “reverify” link that will automatically appear next to the integrations that are expired.
You will then need to verify your account again with a verification code. You will not need to provide the login/password and recreate a new integration.
How far back in the past does Apptweak fetch my data?
When you connect your console, we only fetch data up to 6 months in the past from the day you connected. We can fetch further, but that requires a custom development, something we only do for paying Enterprise users and that has a cost.
For apps that have been integrated after November 2024, historical data is fetched up to February 2020.
Why is there a small discrepancy between my AppTweak data and Console data?
Data in AppTweak is iPhone only. Data in the console shows the sum of iPad, Apple Watch, and other Apple devices.

Why haven't I received the email with a confirmation code for the Google Play Keywords integration?
Once you’ve completed the Google Play Keywords integration, the admin of the Play Store Console will receive an email with the confirmation code. If this is not you, please ask your colleagues if they received the code. If the admin of the Play Store console cannot find the email, please reach out via the live chat and we'll try to resend the code.
If your company has already made the Google Play Install Keywords integration for another user, you just need to add the code they received in your AppTweak account to be able to view the data.
How far back in the past does AppTweak fetch my data?
When users connect their Google Console, we fetch historical data up to February 25th 2020. For the Google reports integration, we fetch all the available CSVs.

How do I integrate my Adjust account in AppTweak?

Which data from Adjust is available?
You can find the list of available data in the following table. Note that this table is valid for data in Reporting Studio. Adjust data may also be available in other sections of AppTweak.
Will I get historical data?
Yes, you will get your full historical data once you have integrated your Adjust account.
AppsFlyer
How do I integrate my AppsFlyer account in AppTweak?
Follow these steps to connect your AppsFlyer account.
Why is my integration status pending?
If you've recently established the integration, it might take up to 24 - 48 hours for AppTweak to fully fetch all the data and display it in the tool. If you've recently integrated your consoles, please check back within 24 hours.
Will I get historical data?
You can get up to 6 months of historical data for AppsFlyer. To do so, you'll need to contact your AppsFlyer Partner Solutions teams and ask them to provide us with historical data. Otherwise, AppTweak will only start collecting data from the day you've made the integration.
Will my data be available for competitors/other users to see?
Absolutely not. We will not share your console information with any third party. Please view the Privacy Policy below to learn more about how we safely store your data.
Can we pause or remove the integration anytime we want?
Yes. If you would like to delete your integration, all you have to do is go to your My Profile Settings > Integrations > click on 'Delete'.
Why isn't my data showing on the Analytics tab?
