Can I configure multiple exports?
Standard plans can only configure one export for one workspace. If you would like to have multiple exports per workspace, you'll need to upgrade to an Enterprise plan.
Can I export a custom data structure?
The data structure of the export, such as the number columns, column name, or time aggregation (weekly, monthly) cannot be changed.
How to parse the files?
We recommend parsing the files based on column names. This way, you make sure that your pipeline doesn't break if a dataset content is updated.
Can I export different data versions?
Automated Exports will always use the latest data version available. It is not possible to choose a version of data.
Adding a new column to a dataset
New columns in a dataset will always be added at the end of a file as the last column.
I can't download my export
If you can't download your export, it is probably because your browser is blocking it. To circumvent this, copy the link, paste it to your browser, and press enter. If the issue still persists, please reach out to our support team via the chat box in AppTweak:
