Overview
Plan & pricing
You can purchase the Automated Exports feature with or without an ASO Intelligence plan. Learn more about Automated Exports pricing.
If you do not have an ASO Intelligence subscription, you will only be able to export integration data. If you also want to export AppTweak's ASO data, you will need an active ASO Intelligence plan.
Prerequisites
To export your data, you'll need valid console integrations in your default AppTweak workspace, or to have followed apps in ASO Intelligence.
Limitations
You cannot filter out followed apps from a data source to be exported. If a dataset from a data source is selected, the data for all apps will exported.
You can configure 1 export per workspace with business plans (Monthly or Weekly). If you want multiple destinations or different datasets per export, this is part of the Enterprise plan.
Free trial
Experience Automated Exports with a 7-day free trial. During this period, you can obtain samples and export up to 14 days of data directly to Slack or Email.
Getting started with Automated Exports
Configuration
To configure an Automated Export, go to the menu section "Automated Exports" on the left. You'll either have an active subscription, or you'll need to start a free trial to access this feature.
⚠️ Configuration is specific to each workspace. This means that each workspace will only be able to export data for its specific set of apps.
The workspace you select will determine the apps appearing in the "DATA EXPORTED" section.
Export format
Due to the potentially large size of exports, the data will be made available via a link to download a ZIP file. Unzipping the file will provide each dataset in CSV format. For destinations such as AWS S3 and Google Cloud Storage, files can be sent in uncompressed CSV format upon request.
Step-by-step: Setting up Automated Exports
1. Check your plan
To make sure you have access to Automated Exports, go to Account Settings > Manage Subscription to verify your subscription. If you want to try the feature out first, start a 7-day free trial.
2. Navigate to Automated Exports
3. Select your frequency
In the frequency section, decide whether you'd like to have monthly, weekly, or daily exports and update your plan accordingly.
If you're on a trial, you can start with a Monthly plan and try the feature out with "Get sample" to immediately receive your data.
4. Select your destination
Select your destination (email or Slack) and add up to 5 different recipients or Slack channels. For data warehouse solutions (part of Enterprise plans), set this up with our team. Make sure to only share your data with destinations you trust.
5. Select your datasets
The data made available is linked to the workspace you're currently navigating on. Based on each data source, select the files you would like to export.
When trying the feature out, select the workspace on which you have the most followed apps or integrations to get richer data.
6. Get a sample
7. Save your export
Validate the steps above by saving your configuration. Click "Save changes" to finalize set-up. The badge "Next export on" will indicate when you can expect to receive your next export.
