Integrate AppTweak with your Slack account to start replying to app store reviews directly from Slack or simply get notified for all new reviews. This integration is available for all App Store and Google Play apps. The number of replies per month depends on your AppTweak plan.
Follow these simple steps to create an integration between your AppTweak and Slack:
Integrate your consoles
In order to start using the Slack integration, you will have to integrate your consoles first. You will find all the necessary steps to complete the integration in the "Connect console" pop-up.
Once this step is completed, you will be able to see this view with all the third party apps you can connect with our App Reviews Manager under "Integrations"
Set up the slack integration
To get your slack integration ready, you must click on "+ Add an integration". Keep in mind that you won't have one single Slack integration for all your apps if you integrated multiple consoles. You will have to set-up a slack integration for each integration you've done.
Once you selected the integration you wanted to add a slack integration for, you will land on the Slack page asking you to select the slack channel of your choice:
Once this step is completed, you will be redirected on AppTweak and we will automatically open the Set-up pop.
You will be able to specify which reviews you want to get notified for:
Which apps
In which Languages or Countries
For which ratings
Reviews with/without a reply or all of them
Read-only: enable this option if you don't want users on the slack channel being able to answer your reviews
Edit, delete or add more slack channels
Once the integration is set-up, you will still be able to edit, delete or add it to other slack channels by clicking on the menu:

Once the integration is done we will start sending notifications for new reviews we fetch. Here is an example of a slack notification:
Most importantly, via the slack integration, you can edit or reply to a review directly!
