⚠️ The App Reviews Manager integrations are different from the ASO Intelligence integrations. As a result, even if you completed a Play console integration for another tool, you will have to do it for the App Reviews Manager as well.

⚠️ AppTweak fetches reviews multiple times during the day to make sure we have the latest review version.
Follow these steps to link your Google Play Console with AppTweak.
1. Log in to your Google Play Console & go to the "Users and Permissions" section
⚠️ In order to sync Google Play console with AppTweak, you need to have Admin access. Only Admin users will be allowed to go to the Users and permissions section and add new users.
2. Add a new user: playstorereviews3@apptweak.com
Once you are on the Users and Permissions section of your console, you will need to invite a new user by clicking on the button "invite new user"
Then you will need to give some access to this user in order to be able to reply to reviews in our interface.
The email address is the following one: playstorereviews3@apptweak.com
3. Set-up permissions
First, you will need to select all the apps you are interested in:
Once the apps are selected, you will need to select the right account permissions:
"Reply to reviews"
Once the permissions are step-up, you can finalize the invitation. This will trigger a request on our side and we will send you the integration code you will need to copy past in our interface:
⚠️ Careful: Once the invitation has been sent from your console, a confirmation code will be sent to the user who added the new email address. This can take up to 24 hours.
4. Copy-paste your code in our interface
Once you get your code, you need to copy-past it in the integration pop-up modal:
You may have to wait a few hours before we load all of your data from your Google Play Console.
Which data we fetch from this integration
When we connect to your Google Play console to fetch reviews, we take great care to ensure that we only access the Reviews section. Our integration is designed to be very specific and only looks at the reviews from the past 90 days. This means we do not look at any other files or try to get any other information from your App Store console.
Our focus is only on the Reviews section to gather the latest feedback from your users. By only retrieving reviews from the last 90 days, we make sure we are getting the most recent and relevant information. This helps us provide you with up-to-date insights while also respecting your privacy and the security of your data.
