As a manager, it is important to make sure your support is reaching all markets. Depending on your goals, you might want to allocate resources to a specific country or language to make sure every review gets a reply.
In the Team Performance section, we keep track of every reply posted via our platform. If you’re looking for further insights into your support impact, the Team Performance section allows you to easily see which agents are replying to reviews in specific countries, how many reviews have been left without replies, and more aggregated information.
Depending on your analysis, you can check which market needs more resources, better inform key decisions, and optimize your team. Use our filter to better understand your impact in the market of interest.

The KPIs bar will be adapted based on the filter options.
Number of replies submitted: we will take into account all replies posted (on AppTweak or on other platforms)
Number of updated reviews: we will take into account all replies updated (on AppTweak or on other platforms)
Number of unanswered reviews: we will take into account all reviews currently without a reply
Please remember that we track agents using their AppTweak email addresses. To get accurate results, each agent must have a unique AppTweak account. Any replies made outside of the AppTweak platform will be grouped under 'Other.'
For Slack, Zendesk, and Salesforce, we combine the number of replies, so you won't see individual agent distribution, even if multiple agents use these integrations.
In the table below, you can find a breakdown by agent, showing how many reviews were updated after their replies.
