Integrate AppTweak with your Salesforce account to start replying to your app store reviews directly from Salesforce (also possible for Zendesk & Slack). This integration is available for all App Store and Google Play Store apps. The number of replies per month depends on your selected "App Reviews Manager: More Replies" package.
Before setting up your first Salesforce integration, you must first enable the "Email-to-Case" feature in Salesforce and connect your app store consoles to the AppTweak App Reviews Manager section.
Enable the "Email-to-Case" feature in Salesforce
Log into your Salesforce account, click the "Quick Settings" icon, and select "Setup".
Type "Email-to-Case" in the "Quick find" bar and navigate to the "Email-to-Case" option
Check the "Enable Email-to-Case" box and configure the rest of the settings according to your preferences
Check the box "Enable on-demand service" and click "Save"
In the "Routing Addresses" section at the bottom of the "Email-to-Case" page, click "New".
Provide an email address where you want your store reviews delivered, and give it a name
Check the "Create Task from Email" box, select "Email" for the Case Origin setting, and click "Save"
Copy the "Email Services Address" displayed cell - you will need it for the Salesforce integration setup in AppTweak

Connect your store consoles to AppTweak
⚠️ If you haven't yet connected your store consoles to AppTweak's App Reviews Manager section:
Sign in to your AppTweak account at https://www.apptweak.com/
Navigate to the App Review Manager section using the sidebar on the left
Click "Connect my console" or “Connect my apps”, and follow the steps in the description
Once the pre-steps have been completed, it is time to set up your first Salesforce integration in AppTweak:
Create an AppTweak integration for Salesforce
After connecting your store consoles with AppTweak, visit the “Integrations” section from the expanded menu of the App Reviews Manager sidebar
Click "Add Integration" to the right side of the Salesforce bar
Paste your "Email Service address" from Salesforce (created at the end of the "Enable the "Email-to-Case" feature in Salesforce" step)
Select the filters (apps, languages, countries, reply status, etc.) you want to apply to your reviews sent to Salesforce and click "Set Integration"
Go back to Salesforce > "Service Console" > "Cases section", where all your reviews will be received. From this point, you can start replying to your reviews directly from your Salesforce workspace!
