In the App Reviews Manager, just click the “AI” button when you want to reply to a review:

How to directly get 3 different reply suggestions
If you are not sure about the tone you need to use or if the first suggestion we showed you is not very helpful, we added another feature to show you 3 suggestions at the same time.
We will suggest 3 reply types:

Formal version
If you are working in a language you don't speak, you can click on the Translate toggle:
Once you have selected the one you prefer, you simply have to click on it and it will be added to the text input. Of course, you will be able to edit it as much as you like before you hit the Reply button.
