To reply to multiple reviews at the same time with the same reply, you can use our bulk reply feature. To do so, you have to select the reviews you are interested in by ticking the checkbox next to each review:
Or, if you've already filtered your reviews and decide to reply with the same text all the reviews display, you can directly click on "Select all" which will select all the reviews displayed on the page you're on (max 50 reviews):
Bulk reply with the same text
If you click on the Reply button, a text input will be open and you can write your best reply. Once it's done, you just need to click on "Reply" which will open a confirmation step to make sure you don't unintentionally send your reply to the wrong reviews:
Bulk reply asking our AI powered by GPT-4
If you click on the "Ask AI" button, you will be able to ask our Ask our AI powered by GPT-4 to give you reply suggestions for all the reviews you've selected. GPT-4 will analyse each review to give the perfect reply possible. It will work for reviews in any countries or languages.
You can pick how you want GPT to sound when it replies (like normal, short, or formal), and you can post your responses in two ways: right away or in the reply box so you can edit them later after hitting "confirm".
Bulk reply using your own templates (Template Shuffler)
You can also use your templates in a different way by using bulk actions. With the Template Shuffler, you can pick several templates to respond to multiple reviews.
Once you have selected your templates, we'll randomly assign them to all your selected reviews. This can help you make sure users don't think you're just copying and pasting the same response for each review.
You can choose to either post your templates directly, or you can manually validate & make changes to each reply. After that, simply click the "reply" button to post each review.
Bulk tag your reviews to gain time
You can also tag multiple reviews all at once, saving you time and effort. Just select the reviews and apply the tags you need.
