With App Reviews Manager, manage your app store reviews in one place & boost your brand's app store reputation.

Once you've successfully integrated your console with our App Reviews Manager, you'll be able to see all the reviews detected in your console over the past 90 days. We will then update each review to display its history (review & rating updates).

In the App Reviews Manager interface, you can display reviews & replies for various apps, stores, countries, or languages depending on your needs.

How to start an analysis

After integrating your console, go to the Topic Analysis section to start your first analysis.

Click the "Analyze my reviews" button to open a pop-up and select the app you're interested in. You can also scroll to the list of connected apps at the bottom of the section and click "+ Analyze reviews" to start the analysis with the right context.

Once you've hit one of these buttons, this will open the following pop-up:

You can change the app, country, or language and analyze any group of reviews. You can also decide to analyse all countries (iOS) or all languages (Google) to have a broader analyse of your app.

You can also select any date range you want to analyze.

We can’t analyze more than 10,000 reviews at once. If you reach this limit, try shortening the date range or adjusting the rating filters.

How often you can trigger the same analysis

Once the analysis is completed, you will get the following summary:

  • Topics: which are the main topics identified in the 1-2 star reviews over the last 90 days.

  • Reviews: how many reviews each topic represents (please note that the same review can be included in multiple topics).

  • Summary: a clear definition of what this topic means.

  • Keywords: List of keywords the AI used to find this topic. It also considers the overall meaning of the review.

To ensure enough data for analysis, each app and country (language) combination can only be analyzed once a week. If already triggered, the button will be disabled for a week.

Once the button is enabled again, simply click the refresh button to automatically trigger a new analysis without any additional setup.

How to see your analysis history

Once you have multiple analyses for a specific combination (app, country (language)), you will be able to access the analysis history by clicking on the button "Show older analyses".

This way you can compare how the topics evolve over time.

Go deeper into your analysis

Once a topic analysis is complete you can perform 3 actions on each topic:

  1. Copy keywords to clipboard: Copy the list of keywords the AI used to find this topic.

  2. Create tag automation: Set up automation to track this topic over time using the keywords the AI identified.

  3. See reviews: View reviews filtered by these keywords on the reviews tab. Keep in mind the AI also considers the overall meaning of each review, so you may not have the same amount of reviews.
