Google Console Integration | We update every day for the customers who have integrated on one of the emails googleplay22XX@apptweak.com and for the customers who have integrated on googleplay_amused_akita@apptweak.com. We update the data every 3-4 days for customers who have integrated on googleplay2@apptweak.com. We update once a week for customers who have done their integration on googleplay@apptweak.com. If the information is useful, for Google Console we will get the data until February 25, 2020. (Google never provides the data until today, there is usually a 3-day difference between the last available data in the console and today. This delay can sometimes be longer. As a consequence, by default, we are fetching data until today - 3 days.)

Play Store Reviews Itunes Connect Reviews (ITCR) | The review management backend keeps track of every review and replies generated over the past 90 days every 3 hours. This means that the backend checks every review and reply to make sure that a meaningful change occurred. We also mark them as “lost” to indicate whenever necessary. |
Topics Analysis | Weekly. You can trigger a new analysis every 7 days, incorporating both new and previously analyzed reviews from the last 90 days. |
Reply Automation | Reviews that match the rule criteria will be automatically replied to within 24 hours. The response process will start at 00:00 GMT |
Third Party Integrations | First, we need to fetch the data in the consoles: Fetching on the store = 3 hours Update on AppTweak = 3 hours Then we need to update, and send notifications to the other tools: Update on Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce = 6 hours |
