πŸ’‘ Note that this feature is only available in Enterprise plans

The worldwide view (showing ratings for, at least, all your followed countries) is perfect for a country comparison analysis. This feature will help you identify which countries need more investigation.

Visualize all your followed countries in one view

The world map allows you to see the current rating of each country. The colour code is based on the star colours:

Meaning that the closer the rating is to one unit, the closer it will be to this colour. For instance:

  • If you have a rating between 4 and 5, the shade will be green if it's closer to 5 and lighter if it is closer to 4

  • If you have a rating between 1 and 2, the shade will be redder if it's closer to 1 and more orange if it's closer to 2

If you want to look at the total ratings, you have to select the option above the map:

Thanks to this view, you will see for which countries you have the highest number of total ratings. The colour code is the following:

  • The bluer the country the highest will be your total ratings in this country

However, keep in mind that the scale will be based on the highest and lowest values across all your countries shown on the map so that you can clearly see which ones have the highest/lowest ratings.

On the side of the map, we display the 5 top or lowest countries in terms of average rating or total ratings so that you can easily identify them.

πŸ“Œ Note that since Android changed their rating system (Ratings are now by country and not worldwide) the total ratings can be very close from one country to another. This is due to the fact that Google kept the same base and incremented it with the ratings received for each country.

Dive deeper into your ratings with the table view

To dive deeper into your analysis, you can take a look at the table below the map. You will be able to sort and compare the rating distribution.

Don't hesitate to click on the arrow next to a country, this will open a new tab with the country view of this app.

How to see more data

By default, we are able to show data for any country followed by any user on AppTweak. If you find data is missing, make sure to follow that app in your desired country. However, if you want to get more insights, you will need to follow more countries. This way, your worldwide view will be populated with all the accessible data.

πŸ’‘Keep in mind that once you have followed a country, it may take up to 48 hours to see some data in AppTweak.

How to follow more countries

In order to follow more countries and, as a result, have access to more data in the worldwide view, you need to go to the country you are interested in first:

And then you can click on the button "Follow" in the app banner to start following the app:

Seeing a discrepancy in ratings

This worldwide section will take into account the app ratings from the most recent day this data was fetched by AppTweak. Meaning that sometimes, if we fetch this data later during the day, you may see some differences compared to the rating you see on your phone.
