1. What data does AppTweak fetch in my Console and display in this section?
Once you have synced your App Store Connect account with AppTweak, we will fetch the following data and display it in this section:

2. Monitor & benchmark your app's Downloads in a specific country
Users that have synced their App Store Connect account with AppTweak will be able to view their real Downloads under the Downloads section.
The first view will show you the cross-competition option:
You will first have three important indicators:
Total Downloads: Gives you the total downloads of your app over the date range selected.
Avg. Daily Downloads: Indicated the daily average of downloads your app is getting each day. This average will be computed for the date range selected.
Download Growth: A very important indicator showing the growth of your downloads compared to the last equivalent period (i.e. if you look over the entire month of August, we will show your app's download growth compared to the month of July).
In the graph below these KPIs, you will be able to see the download history chart. For your own app, we will show its real downloads. As soon as you add competitors, we will show your competitors' download estimates over time.
4. Break your Downloads down by source
In order to understand which channel is driving the most downloads, you can switch to the 'source' option.
The Source option will hide competitors’ data and show the breakdown by source of the main app’s downloads. You'll be able to view your traffic broken down into five different sources:
App Store Search: Search in the App Store, including Apple Search Ads.
App Store Browse: Navigation in the App Store such as top charts, stories, features, similar apps…
App Referrer: Referrals from another app on the store.
Web Referrer: Referrals from a page on the web.
Unavailable: Undefined traffic source.
💡 App Store Search often drives the most downloads because user searches represent a high intent to download an app. Browse is often lower; however, featured apps in the Today tab can suddenly trigger many new installs from this channel.
5. View your impressions & page views
To analyze your entire user traffic performance, you can also analyze your app's impressions and page views.
This view split by source will help you to understand user actions before downloading your app. You will be able to identify which source gets your app in front of the most users (Impressions) and which one best encourages users to view your app page (Page Views).
6. View your Active Devices & Sessions
Active devices are an important metric for understanding your app's user base and engagement. Monitoring active devices helps you gauge the reach and retention of your app across different devices and platforms.
The Sessions metric provides insights into user engagement and interaction with your app. Analyzing sessions allows you to understand how often users are using your app and how engaged they are with its features and content.
7. Analyze your ASO Impact
On each graph, you will be able to better visualize and measure the impact of your ASO work on your downloads, you can use the "Analyze ASO Impact" button just above your graph.
This will allow you to show on the graph, alongside your downloads:
Timeline Events: You will be able to see if an update of one of your metadata has impacted your downloads.
Featurings: We will show you all the dates when your app got featured. This way you can understand if an increase in your downloads is coming from a recent featuring.
Algorithm updates: You will see each time we detected a change in Apple's (or Google depending on the store you are on) algorithm.
Plot against: In the second section, you will be able to add on your graph your revenue estimates, your app's app power, and its ranking over time. Thanks to this view you will be able to establish a correlation between the different metrics.
