Go to the "Keyword" tab, in the "Monitor Performance" section (from the left-hand side menu).

Overview

In the Monitor Performance section, you can analyze the impact of ASO metadata updates, algorithm changes, and other store trends by monitoring growth in organic installs and impressions from the keywords in your list.

Graph Analysis

Installs history

The first graph displays the number of installs over time from the list of keywords you are viewing, compared to your competitors.

On top of the chart, you may select which competitors you want to plot on the chart. You can also refine your analysis using multiple filters (volume, keyword ranking,...).

Each vertically dotted line indicates a new release of your app.

Impressions history

The impressions chart offers a daily estimate of the views (impressions) your app receives from those same keywords.

Our Impressions estimates are computed based on 3 criteria:

  • Volume (search popularity) of the keyword;

  • Your app's ranking on the keyword;

  • Whether the keyword is branded or generic.

πŸ‘€ Our team is working on adding breakdowns (per rank, volume, brand vs generic) to these charts. As well as a new chart: Total keywords. Stay tuned!

Key Metrics and Keyword Table

Scrolling down the page, you can find some key metrics related to your keyword list and your app performance growth on those keywords. Ultimately, we provide you as well with a keyword table that shows the evolution of:

  • Keywords' volume;

  • App rankings on those keywords;

  • App estimated installs on those keywords.

For both your app and your competitors!

Compare organic installs growth with competitors or dig deeper and find out for which keywords the selected apps gained or lost most organic installs.

You first need to pick two dates, which will be used to calculate the growth.

  • The growth will be computed as follows: Number of Installs on Day 2 - Number of Installs on Day 1. It is a growth comparing two days, not a growth computed over the average number of days in the period you chose.

  • Volume and Rank filters apply to the later date you select. When you use these filters, we create a subset of keywords from your list whose volume or rank meets the filter criteria on that specific date. All insights shown afterward are based only on this filtered subset of keywords.
