Reviews Agent is an AI-powered assistant designed to analyze app reviews and transform user feedback into clear insights.

Instead of manually reading hundreds of reviews, you can ask questions about app store feedback in natural language and instantly receive prioritized action points.


What is Reviews Agent?

Reviews Agent analyzes your app reviews to help you:

  • Understand recurring user feedback

  • Identify product issues

  • Detect emerging complaints

  • Surface praise and feature appreciation

  • Evaluate feedback after updates

It combines review text, sentiment analysis, and app version information to generate structured summaries and insights.

Reviews Agent works with apps connected to your AppTweak account, using the same review data available in your App Reviews Manager interface. It analyzes:

  • Integrated reviews

  • Ratings

  • App version information

Availability & access

Reviews Agent is available with an Enterprise plan for App Reviews Manager.

You can launch it from anywhere in AppTweak:

  1. Click Ask AI Agents in the top-right corner of AppTweak

  2. Select Reviews Agent

  3. Ask a question

Ask Reviews Agent anything about your app reviews

You can ask Reviews Agent any question about your app store reviews, such as:

  • “Summarize negative reviews from the past 30 days.”

  • “What are the most common complaints?”

  • “What changed in feedback after version 6.2?”

  • “What are users saying about onboarding?”

  • “Are there new issues appearing this month?”

You can refine your queries by:

  • Time period

  • Country & device

  • App version

  • Rating level

  • Feature or keyword

Analyzing sentiment and feedback after an update

Example questions:

  • How did sentiment shift for my app, Candy Crush Saga, in the US over the past 30 days, across both stores?

  • Can you diagnose the decline in my iOS app review sentiment in the US? Pull the top complaint themes and a few representative reviews from Feb 10-24 to pinpoint what changed.

  • What are the recommended next steps to improve user feedback?

Example Agent responses:

  • The drop was driven by a new background audio issue introduced in v1.321.2.1.

  • Complaints about music/podcast interruption spiked in the last 15 days.

  • Crashes, freezing, and rewarded ads issues persisted but were secondary.

  • The issue was iOS-specific - Android sentiment remained stable.

Best practices

To get the most value from Reviews Agent:

  • Be specific in your questions (time period, feature, topic) to improve accuracy.

  • Reference a feature name when possible.

  • Regularly analyze feedback after new app releases.

Technical information

  • There is no maximum historical data limit in the system. However, the Review Agent actively tracks and analyzes reviews from the last 30 days.

  • Queries have a maximum of 200 reviews per request. If more reviews match your request, the agent will fetch and analyze them in batches.

  • Custom tags are not yet used by the Review Agent.

  • Sentiment is generated dynamically when answering your query.

Data privacy & security

  • Reviews and questions are processed through OpenAI using an Enterprise API plan, meaning data sent for analysis is not used for AI model training.

  • App store reviews are public data.
