Once you've successfully integrated your console with our App Reviews Manager, you'll be able to see all the reviews detected in your console over the past 90 days. We also update each review to display its history (review & rating updates).
In the App Reviews Manager interface, you can display reviews & replies for various apps, stores, countries, or languages depending on your needs.
How to use the Dashboard
Based on your filters (store, apps, countries/languages, and date range), we show KPIs in the Dashboard to help you understand the current status.
Total new reviews: New reviews posted based on your selected filters.
With reply: Reviews posted in your date range that have a reply.
W/o reply: Reviews posted in your date range that don’t have a reply, helping you see how many still need a response.
Average rating: The overall average rating of all the apps you selected.
How to use the map view
The map view shows three metrics: average rating, total new reviews, and reviews without replies.
For a clearer view of your largest markets, switch to the bar chart.
Review volume over time
To track review traffic over time, check out the review volume graph. It shows:
Total new reviews: Daily count of new user reviews.
With reply: Number of new reviews that got a reply that day.
W/o reply: Number of new reviews without a reply that day.
Average rating: Overall app rating, including ratings with and without reviews.
Average rating (new reviews): Average rating of reviews only.
How we identify Critical Reviews
To help you quickly identify the reviews that need your urgent attention, we highlight the most critical ones for you to reply to. Here’s how we prioritize them:
Reviews with 1-2 stars that are featured on your app page and haven’t been replied to.
Reviews with 1-2 stars that haven’t been featured and don’t have a reply.
If reviews have the same priority, we sort them by the number of characters.
How we identify Positive Insights
To help you get positive insights and understand your users better, we highlight:
Featured reviews with 4-5 stars.
Long 4-5 star reviews that aren’t featured yet.
We show up to 50 of these reviews.
