Under your name in the top right corner, click on the drop-down menu > Account Settings > Manage Billing.

In the Manage Billings section, an Admin of an account can:

  • Edit the billing information

  • Update the payment method (credit card or PayPal)

  • View/download the invoices

🚨 Only Admins have access to the Manage Billings & Manage your Team sections.

Q. How do I download my invoices?

You can download your invoices in this section, Manage Billing, by clicking on the "Download" button next to each respective invoice.

Q. I am not receiving the invoices in my email. Can you send me my invoices directly to my billing email address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to automatically send invoices. However, you can download your monthly invoices in this section as stated above!

Q. Why can't I view/edit my billing information and invoices?

Only Admins of an account have access to the Manage Billings section. Please contact the Admin of your account for the necessary billing information that you're looking for.

Q. How do I edit my Billing Information?

Click on 'Update payment method' to update your billing information details.

Q. How do I switch my Billing details to PayPal or Credit Card?

Click on 'Update payment method' to switch your current billing details from credit card to PayPal or PayPal to credit card.

Q. How do I change my Billing Contact Name?

Click on 'Edit my billing information' and you can update your contact first and last name using that link.

Q. How do I change my Billing Email?

You cannot edit these details on your own. However, our team can help you get that updated right away! Click on 'Contact Support' and our team will assist you.
