In the bottom left corner, in the menu, click on Account Management > Account Settings > Manage Subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
โ ๏ธ Only Admins users have access to canceling the subscription.
In order to cancel your subscription, navigate to Account Management > Account Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel my ASO subscriptionl button.
When you cancel your subscription
You can continue to use your subscription until the end of the billing period during which you paid.
When the end of the billing period is over and your subscription is canceled, you won't have access to your AppTweak dashboard.
If you subscribe again, you'll get access to the apps that you previously followed. However, please note: we do not guarantee that the history of your apps will still be there.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can easily upgrade/downgrade by navigating to 'Manage Subscription > Subscribed Product (ASO Intelligence) > Explore plans option as seen here:
You will be able to view all the features each plan has to offer. Click on the plan that suits your needs and click on Upgrade/Downgrade.

Payment was declined
If you received an email that your payment was declined, please update your billing details in your Manage Billing section to make sure your subscription is not interrupted.
