Under your name in the top right corner, click on the drop-down menu > Account Settings > Manage Subscription.
In the Manage Subscription section, you can:
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the subscription
Start a 7-day free trial of our App & Market Intelligence add-on
How do I cancel my subscription?
⚠️ Only Admins have access to canceling the subscription.
In order to cancel your subscription, click on the “Cancel my ASO subscription” link and follow the instructions.
❗️ Your account will remain active until the end of the month you've paid for.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
In the Manage Subscription section, we display all of the self-serve plan subscriptions.
You can click on the blue button 'Select' for which plan you would like to change your plan to.
If you are unsure which plan may be best for you, you can click on the 'Compare all features' button. You can view all of the features each plan has to offer!

When you cancel your subscription
You can continue to use your subscription until the end of the billing period during which you paid.
When the end of the billing period is over and your subscription is canceled, you won't have access to your AppTweak dashboard.
If you subscribe again, you'll get access to the apps that you previously followed. However, please note: we do not guarantee that the history of your apps will still be there.
Payment was declined
If you received an email that your payment was declined, please update your billing details in your Manage Billing settings to make sure your subscription is not interrupted.
