How can I track my company usage?
You can view your company's usage by clicking the Account Management button in the bottom-left corner of your screen, and then selecting Account Settings > Company Usage.
On this page, you will have access to:
Overall Team Usage: The number of apps, keywords, and competitors tracked across all users assigned to your company's account.
Workspace Usage: View the usage of each workspace in terms of the number of apps, keywords, competitors, and SOV keywords tracked.
💡 Note that an app (or competitor app) is defined by its unique app ID. This means that for each store, you can track one app (or competitor app) in multiple countries, and this will count as only one app in your plan.
How do I create a new user?
🚨 Only Admins have access to the Manage Team section.
In the Manage Team settings, click the box that states 'Invite new users'.
Enter the email address of the user you would like to invite, and they will receive an activation link to set up their account.
If you'd also like to make a new user an Admin, select "Admin" when filling out the General Information.
Why can't I see another user's dashboard?
Each user has their own personal dashboard where they can track different apps and keywords. Dashboards or accounts cannot be shared between or viewed by different users.
Why can't I create a new user?
Only Admins of an account have access to the Manage Team section. Please contact the Admin of your account if you would like to make any changes in this section.
How can I share my apps/keywords with my team?
Each user has an independent dashboard. However, if you wish to have a shared dashboard for your users, you can follow these steps:
Create a new account to be shared with users: i.e firstname+shared@apptweak.com
Then share the credentials (email and password) with all users.
Ask all users to work in the same account.
This way, you'll have everything in one place!
How do I change my email address?
Contact us through the messaging platform at the bottom right-hand corner in case you'd like to change your account email address. Your request will be promptly addressed.
