How to Remove/Delete a User from Your Company Workspace

Need to remove a team member from your AppTweak workspace? This article walks you through the steps.

⚠️ Note: Only an Admin of the workspace can remove a user. This restriction is in place for verification and security purposes.

Steps to remove a user

  1. Go to Account Management.

  2. Click Manage Team.

  3. Find the user you want to remove in the team list.

  4. Scroll all the way to the right of that user's row — you'll see a delete icon 🗑️

  5. Click the delete icon ("Type xxxxxxx” to confirm in the field) to remove the user from your workspace.

Troubleshooting

I can't find the delete icon. Make sure you're scrolled all the way to the right of the user's row — on some screen sizes the icon is cut off until you scroll horizontally. Also double check that you're logged in as an Admin, since only Admins can see and use this option.

I'm not an Admin — what do I do? Reach out to your workspace Admin and ask them to remove the user for you. If you're not sure who your Admin is, contact us and we can help you identify them.
