How to Delete Apps that are Removed from the Store

If you've deleted apps/keywords but still can't add new ones, this article is for you.

Why this happens 🤔

The most common cause is that apps which have been removed from the App Store or Google Play are still being followed in your workspace, also their keywords are still counting towards your keyword limit, even though the app itself is no longer live.

What to do?

  1. Go to Account Management.

  2. Click Company Usage.

  3. Select your workspace name, then open the drop-down list of apps (click the > arrow).

  4. You'll see all the apps followed in that workspace.

  5. Scroll all the way to the right of an app's row to find the delete (bin 🗑️) icon.

  6. Click it to remove any apps that are no longer available on the store.

Once removed, check whether you're now able to add your new keywords.

Still stuck? 🤷
