With AppTweak’s Metadata History feature you can dig deeper into your competitor’s past updates and analyze in more detail the changes they have made.

Under Metadata history, in the Metadata tab, you will come across the past metadata updates of the selected app.

By default, we provide all of the updates within the last 90 days. However, you can use the date picker to select your preferred date range you like to take a look at.

The metadata history is shown per app. You can easily switch between competitors by clicking on their icon at the top of the page.

Click on the Before/After button to see exactly what has changed. Especially for updates to textual elements, this feature can come in handy. The text highlighted in red is what has been deleted in the new update, text in green is what has been added.

To get a deeper analysis of the specific metadata elements that are updated, use our filters at the top of the page.
