With Smart Insights, any time a competitor makes a change to its apps' metadata, we let you know in the Smart Insights feed so that you can react accordingly and on time.
How to Navigate your Smart Insights Feed
You can find your Smart Insights News Feed by clicking on the bell icon at the top right of your screen or under ASO Intelligence header.
If you hover over the bell icon, you can directly view a summary of your latest alerts.
In this notification summary, we show you the app, insight type, and time it was last changed. If you want to take a closer look into a particular insight, you can click on 'Check all the insights' to see the full context.
See updates for the competitors you follow & select your specified date range
By default, your current workspace is selected
You can select the date range you'd like to take a look at
You can also choose whether or not to show the updates for competitors
Filter your charts by a specific app, device, country, and update
If you'd like to specifically look at a certain app in a country and store, you may do so by easily accessing the filters.
View all of your updates on your followed apps & their competitors
You can quickly identify all of the relevant updates that are happening on your News Feed based on all of your followed apps and which filters you have used.
When you click on 'View Insight', you can see what metadata element of the competitor’s app has changed, and compare the before and after versions.

What Smart Insights does AppTweak detect?
If one of your followed apps or competitors made a change in its metadata (we will also alert you if we detected an In-app event or a Promotional content running)
If one of your followed apps or competitors was or will be featured
If one of your apps or competitors received an unusually high number of new ratings
If we detected an algorithm change in the Apple or Play Store in one of your followed countries that can have an impact on keyword rankings
If we detected unusual ranking movements for the keywords you follow.
