FAQ: Didn’t receive the ARM confirmation code?

When connecting your Console to AppTweak via ARM (App Rights Management), the confirmation code is sent to the Account Holder email address associated with the Console account, not to Admin users.

Important distinction

  • A Console account can have multiple Admin users

  • However, there is only one Account Holder

The confirmation code will always be delivered to the Account Holder’s email inbox, even if another Admin user initiated the integration process.

What should you do?

If the Account Holder user does not receive the confirmation code:

  1. Verify who the Account Holder is in the Console

  2. Ask the Account Holder to check:

    • Inbox

    • Spam/Junk folders

    • Security or quarantine filters

  3. Retry the integration process if needed to generate a new confirmation code

Still not receiving the code?

If the Account Holder still does not receive the confirmation code after retrying:

  • Contact AppTweak Support

  • Share:

    • The Google Play Console account email

    • The Account Holder email

    • Approximate retry timestamp

    • Screenshots if available
